Officer of the Month

Sgt Wright is a key member of the field leadership team and goes above and beyond in helping S3 complete its nightly goals. Sgt Wright takes it upon himself to provide leadership and additional training to the other officers to help them improve on their skills as security officers. When in the field he provides valuable intel and safety assessments to all properties. During his patrols of communities, he regularly engages in positive contact with residents and local law enforcement. He is always aware of his surroundings and implements his skills to help ensure all return home safely at night. Sgt Wright has been with S3 for just over a year and quickly showed the leadership qualities one looks for in an OIC. Sgt Wright was active deployed Navy prior to joining with S3. He is a family man and values the time he gets with his wife and children. Outside of the S3 office Sgt Wright spends his time fishing and tinkering with cars, he also likes to dive into a good historical mystery/ conspiracy to test his detective abilities.
